Tabulizer might be right for you. Tabulizer offers an easy-to use interface for editing and displaying tables. To create a new row, press the return key and then type. The tab key allows you to move from one cell to the next. You can also edit existing rows and rearrange columns, rearrange rows, copy and paste, as well as perform many other operations. Tabulizer's online help file describes these operations.
