Roundcube Webmail Installer for MAC

Roundcube Webmail Installation will install Roundcube Webmail on Mac and the compiled Mcrypt library it relies on. It will also set up Postgres and a web application that can be used via Server.app. This simplifies the complicated installation process for end users.
